I am a Short Sale Specialist who have been successfully helping home owners avoid foreclosure since 2006.

I live in Riverside County, California. I moved here in 2002 when the area was in its transition from agricultural to residential. Prior to moving to Riverside County I lived in Orange County. During my years in Orange County I attended Cal. State Long Beach where I completed: a M.S., Computer Science, Computer Engineering. (4.0 GPA, Graduate Dean's List) and B.S., Computer Science, Computer Engineering (Cum Laude).

In 2004 the Real Estate Market began to skyrocket. I recognized that what is going up is sure to go down. I immediately became a Realtor who would help others by creating a smooth and hassle free transaction.

Due to my foresight, in 2006 I was ready and began helping customers in the short sale and pre-foreclosure market. I brinng buyers to REO’s(Real Estate Owned by Bank) and properties in distress and have worked with Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae and Sun Trust Mortgage. My proven marketing strategy brings interest, calls and offers to my listings.
